Qualicum North encompasses a number of unique neighbourhoods. As little as 7 minutes to the Village and offering rural space and privacy there are plenty of possibilities that may suit your lifestyle. With great trail networks, the ever present ocean and minutes to highway access, whats not to love.

    Minutes from the Village following the 19A waterfront highway heading up Island. Situated near beaches, trails, local farms & a choice of semi- rural housing options this area is worthy of investigation. The best of both worlds & a slightly lower price point. Have kids? School bus service is readily available.

  • Qualicum Bay

    A sweet community with a mix of rural housing, near or on the waterfront & within a 15-20 minute drive to the Village. Home to the Crown & Anchor Pub, The Cone Zone, Sandbar Cafe & Art Gallery plus great local farms & bakeries that service the Saturday Farmers Market in QB. An easy drive to Horne Lake & Spider Lake communities, superb for lovers of nature, families and out door enthusiasts. School Bus service available.

  • Bowser & Deep Bay

    A community unto itself yet 25 minutes to QB Village or Courtenay. For the boating enthusiasts, Deep Bay Marina & Yacht Club , government wharf & the VIU Deep Bay Marine Station is incredible.
