Salt Pizzeria
A must stop for pizza lovers if visiting or passing through the Parksville area is Salt Pizzeria at 897 Island hwy west. The combination of aged sourdough and fresh ingredients is drool worthy. If you’re spice lovers like us the Diavolo is our go to order with Mozzarella, Soppressata, Italian Sausage and Fresh Basil, but after trying most (if not all) of the pizzas on their menu you really can’t go wrong.
Billy G’s Doughnut Shop
Located in the Old Country Market in Coombs Billy G’s has a huge variety of doughnuts that are sure to hit the spot! As a lover of Fritters the Franken Fritter is my go to but as a lover of sweets I have sampled most of the flavours and have yet to come across one that doesn’t leave me wanting more. Dangerously delicious!
Extreme Eatery
If you are looking for a hearty meal or to satisfy a craving, this is the spot for you. They offer plenty of fun and mouth watering options that its hard to choose just one. From poutine, tacos, gyros and burgers, Extreme Eatery packs in the flavour. They also offer gluten free substitutes for many of the items. Great for brunch after a night out.
